The Team Coaching Advantage for Leaders™ Program focuses on helping leaders in two crucial areas: grounding their leadership in a coach approach, and building specialised team effectiveness skills that allow them to apply a collaborative approach throughout stressful situations.

The Team Coaching Advantage for Leaders™ program follows a strategic approach to leadership development that includes a focus on both sense-making and skill-building.

SENSEMAKING

Helping leaders make sense of the context in which they are leading, which includes what they need to pay attention to, and what shifts in intention, attention and mindset they need to make to lead more effectively in their context.

We do this by introducing models and frameworks (sense-making tools) that help leaders organize their thinking for a coaching approach within the team context and serve as memorable and practical tools to direct attention, to assess themselves and to direct their development efforts.

SKILL-BUILDING

Helping leaders develop the capacity to become more skillful in how they lead – including how they collaborate,  communicate and engage with others to get things done.

We do this through
interactive, shared learning experiences that enable skill development through practice, in sessions and beyond (with in between learning workshop activities and practices).
