Coach supervision invites you to look honestly at yourself and your coaching— It’s where you let go of knowing the answers and instead explore what’s really going on beneath the surface of your coaching conversations. It’s a space where unspoken doubts, unconscious biases, relational dynamics, and quiet hopes all have a voice. Even the most seasoned coaches carry questions they haven’t yet asked.

As Accredited Coach Supervisors with deep experience in inclusive leadership and executive/leadership coach development, we hold supervision spaces that are brave, grounded, and deeply human. We model what we ask of others—vulnerability, accountability, and a commitment to the ongoing work of being fully present.

The world is shifting, whether we like it or not. The question is not if we will adapt, but how. As coaches and leaders, we are called to serve as custodians of possibility—nurturing spaces where authentic dialogue, radical honesty, and collective innovation can flourish.

Note For Credentialed Coaches: Up to 10 hours of Coaching Supervision can count toward ICF CCEUs as part of credential renewal. 

BCA Coaching Supervision – Group Sessions

Fall Dates: October 17, November 21, December 12, 2025 and January 23, February 20, March 20, 2026

Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm EST

Coaching supervision hours are eligible for ICF Continuing Coach Education units (CCE)

BCA Coach Supervision Bundle – Group Supervision plus Individual Coaching Supervision

Fall 2025 Dates: October 17, November 21, December 12, 2025 and January 23, February 20, March 20, 2026

Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm EST

Individual Coaching: You will receive three 60-minute 1:1 sessions – with a trained coach supervisor. These sessions can take place anytime between October 31st, 2025 and March 30th, 2026 and are scheduled separately.

Coaching supervision hours are eligible for ICF Continuing Coach Education units (CCE)
