We offer accredited leadership/business coaching training, advanced and continuing coach education and mentorship for people in roles that support leaders and teams. Programs are delivered both in-house and as public offerings. Our programs are geared to the needs of human resources business partners, organization development and training specialists, internal and external coaches and consultants who want to enhance their coaching competence, confidence and credibility in their coaching work with leaders.
As leading in a C-shifted world becomes more challenging, so does the work of supporting leaders. As coach education experts with more than 30 years combined experience, we’ve created a range of programs designed to support coaches at different levels of experience and expertise to further develop their capability to support leaders.

About our Accredited Coach Training Program
The Business Coaching Advantage Program™(BCA) is a stand-alone first level program focused on coaching essentials for people who want to enhance their ability to coach in the organizational context and earn an internationally recognized credential.
The Business Coaching Advantage Advanced Program (BCA Advanced) is a program for people with previous coaching training and experience who want to deepen and enrich their learning about coaching in the business/leadership context and also be on a learning path towards additional professional credentials with the ICF.
These two programs make up the Business Coaching Advantage Certification Program™. It provides a comprehensive and intensive learning experience that develops core coaching knowledge and skills, as well as the crucial stances and mindsets required for effective coaching in a business and leadership context.

The Business Coaching Advantage™ Advanced Program consist of Part 2: Leadership Coaching in Context (LCC) and Part 3: Expanding the Coaching Space (ECS) and provides intensive, advanced coach training, a unique framework and set of practical tools to help you raise your leadership coaching game. Graduates of this program have successfully completed all the requirements to apply for an ICF Credential using an ACTP route.
