About Us

We aspire, in everything we do, to be:

What we do

We are a team of internationally recognized experts in leadership development, executive coaching, learning design and coaching education. With many decades of experience as coaches, consultants and trainers, we are seen as valued partners for leaders and for those who support leaders through formal or informal coaching.

A central theme for our work in organizations is collaboration. Effective collaboration requires high levels of conversation intelligence and a social climate conducive to high quality connections and engagement. We believe it is a combination of these three key factors that significantly contribute to leadership and organizational success in a C-shifted world. In our approach to these matters we combine grounding in good theory and research with our extensive hands-on experience as practitioners.

Why organizations seek us out

Whether working individually with leaders or with groups, we are known for our artful approach to designing and facilitating learning processes that lead to meaningful shifts. “Learning with” is a key design principle for all our development programs.

As leadership development specialists, organizations retain us to help:

  • enhance the performance of leaders and leadership teams
  • develop the mindsets, capabilities and skills leaders and teams need for the C-shifted world
  • enhance the quality of conversations as a business process for getting results
  • cultivate high-quality collaborative environments
  • embed a coaching culture

As experts in coaching and coaching education, organizations call on us to:

  • train, develop and mentor internal coaches (HR, OD, Training specialists) to support leaders
  • train and develop leaders to take more of a “coach approach” to leading and developing their teams
